Dov Zur is an experienced electrical engineer currently employed at Sabre Systems Inc. since August 2019, previously serving as a test engineer at General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems from 2008 until retirement. Dov was involved in the commissioning and testing of the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System for the US Navy and is currently working on the Advanced Arresting Gear system. Dov has held technical service management roles at Olympus Industrial America and Miraj Corporation, overseeing significant repair and service operations. Additional experience includes serving as a site director at Smiths Aerospace, managing a large repair and customer service division, and technical service management at Auxilec Inc. Previous engineering roles span positions at AlliedSignal Aerospace and Sundstrand Corporation, focusing on electrical power systems and microprocessor-based applications. Dov holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from The University of Memphis.
