Ann Kono has served on our Board of Directors since December 2020. Ms. Kono currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Leda Advisory Group (“Leda”), a management consulting firm founded in 2019. Leda partners with early-stage companies to advise on growth and scale. Prior to founding Leda, Ms. Kono served as the Chief Information and Risk Officer at Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) from 2007 to 2018. She was responsible for operational, risk and technology functions in support of the global enterprise. Ms. Kono was previously the global head of application development at Western Asset Management Company from 2001 to 2007, an affiliate of Legg Mason Investment Management. Prior, Ms. Kono held leadership positions at John Hancock Financial Services and CSC Consulting. Ms. Kono also serves on the board of directors of Stable Road Acquisition Company (NASDAQ: SRACU), a position she has held since 2019.

As an advocate for social and economic equity, Ann serves as a board member of Junior Achievement in Southern California (JaSocal), a non-profit focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness serving student from K-12 in LA County. She also leads the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Los Angeles (“CFALA”). Ms. Kono has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal in the 2020 Thriving in their 40’s.
