Sarah Ellington is an accomplished professional in the field of food science and product development with extensive experience. Currently serving as Senior Product Development Manager at Sabra Dipping Company since September 2017, Sarah has focused on innovation and new platforms within the Beyond Hummus line. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at ConAgra Foods from June 2010 to September 2017, including Senior Food Scientist for Disruptive Innovation, where 16 new frozen meals were launched under the Frontera brand. Earlier experience includes contributions as Associate Food Scientist and Quality Assurance Intern at Smithfield Packing. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Virginia Tech and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Science/Culinology from Metropolitan Community College.
