Dr. Sajjad Ahmed, PEng CEng FIChemE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project development and technology management across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Leader and Senior Project Development Consultant for SABIC since August 2015, Dr. Ahmed is instrumental in formulating technical strategies and managing major global projects. Previously, Dr. Ahmed held key managerial positions at Bechtel Corporation and Suncor, overseeing feasibility studies, capital project planning, and technology evaluations. With a strong foundation in engineering obtained from institutions such as the University of Waterloo and the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Ahmed possesses a comprehensive skill set in process design, project execution, and corporate strategy within the chemical and energy sectors.
