Matilde Montalti has over 30 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Matilde started their career in 1988 as an Accounting Manager at Ferramenta Fantini, where they worked until 1996. In 1996, they joined Profumerie Douglas Spa as a Store Manager and later became an Area Manager in 1999. Matilde held this role until 2016. In 2017, they joined Sabbioni Profumi as an Area Manager.

Matilde Montalti attended the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Renato Serra from 1982 to 1988. Matilde studied ragioneria during this period.
