Jon Howson is an experienced technology operations leader with a diverse background in IT management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager Technology Operations at SA Water since April 2017, Jon has held multiple leadership roles including IT Operations Manager and Acting Senior Manager IT (CIO). Prior to SA Water, Jon worked at the Courts Administration Authority as Manager, ICT Service Delivery and at Power and Water Corporation in various capacities such as Financial Systems Manager and ICT Operations Manager. Jon's career also includes roles at the W.A. Department of Health, Iluka Resources, and Normandy Gold. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University, along with recent completion of a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
