Nishant Goyal is an Associate at Singh & Associates - Advocates and Solicitors since July 2021. Previously, Nishant served as Convenor at the Centre for Environment & Disasters Management (CEDM) at HPNLU, Shimla from March 2020 to March 2021. Additional experience includes legal internships at SAMVÄ€D: Partners, Lex Commerci, Legum Jure, the High Court of Punjab and Haryana under Justice Ritu Bahri, and the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. Nishant earned a B.A.LLB. (Hons.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, completing studies in 2021.
