Dr. Angela Martin is a highly experienced professional in the field of paramedicine, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Practice - Integrated Care at Ambulance Tasmania since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading the development of Community Paramedicine across the state. Since October 2022, Angela has been a Doctoral Researcher at the International Health Research Institute and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Flinders University and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Edith Cowan University, providing guidance and support to paramedic students. Angela is also a Consultant Paramedic through Angela Martin Consulting and has extensive experience as a Registered Paramedic and Regional Team Leader with SA Ambulance Service since February 2003. Previous roles include Lead Investigator for a Community Paramedicine research project and Coordinator for the Future Workforce Scholarships Program. Angela holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from La Trobe University and a Master's in Paramedic Practitioner from Edith Cowan University, alongside various other qualifications in paramedicine and training assessment.
