Derek Neal, PMP, is currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at S4 Inc. for the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER), a position held since February 2023, following nearly three years as a Project Manager and Site Task Lead at the same organization. With a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from August 1990 to October 2019, Derek held various senior management roles, including Operations Group Superintendent and Chief Enlisted Manager, accumulating extensive experience in project, operations, and aircrew management. A brief tenure as an Interactive Marketing Specialist at Caesars Entertainment Corporation was completed in 2019 through a fellowship program. Derek earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (Cum Laude) from Columbia Southern University, supplemented by advanced military education at institutions such as the Joint Special Operations University and the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
