Hemal Kombalavithana currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at S3tel Inc since January 2012, overseeing the Bahrain branch and collaborating with senior management to implement HR policies while providing guidance on recruitment, employee relations, and related areas. Prior to this role, Hemal worked as a Transport Coordinator at GAC Group, managing delivery staff and vehicle logistics from August 2010 to December 2011. Additionally, Hemal was the Managing Director at El-Shaddai Graphics (Pvt) Ltd. from June 1995 to July 2010, handling all aspects of company management, including sales, customer service, and production. Hemal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Finance Management, along with a Diploma in Business Administration, both from IIBM - Institute of Business Management (India). Educational achievements also include an Advanced Level School Certificate in Economics and a High School education from St. Peters College, Colombo.
