Dino Petrella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and technical operations. Currently serving as a Senior Service Manager at S21sec since July 2021, Dino is responsible for the comprehensive management of services and the efficient compliance with contractual SLAs. Prior roles include Field Service Manager at FDS, where responsibilities encompassed the implantation and continuous improvement of workplace support services, and Process Manager at Grupo CINTE, focusing on CRM processes for Vodafone. Dino has previously held senior service management positions at GIODINCA, and has technical expertise from experiences at DIAL Ingeniería, DP Computación y Sistemas, and Indra, contributing to various industrial project implementations and IT support.
