Radoslaw Nowicki is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in automated and manual testing. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at SSENSE, Radoslaw has previously worked at Vanderlande, OLX Group, Beanworks Solutions Inc., IDEMIA, Atos Poland, and SII Poland in various QA roles. Expertise includes building automation frameworks, troubleshooting customer issues, designing test plans, and conducting exploratory testing across cloud-based platforms. Radoslaw holds a postgraduate degree in Mediation and negotiation from the University of Warsaw and a master's degree in Pedagogy from the Academy of Jan Dlugosz.
