Velen Bajrektarevic is an experienced Traffic Engineer with a notable tenure at Sž d.o.o. since 2006 and has served as a Tehnični strokovni sodelavec at SŽ since January 2009. Velen earned a degree from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport, completing studies from 2007 to 2015.
