Chris Oehlert is an experienced professional in digital transformation and client success. Currently serving as Director of Digital Transformation at S-RM since November 2024, Chris previously held the position of Global Head of Client Success & Support at Ethixbase360, where significant contributions included developing the client success function and leading a global team of customer success managers. Prior to this, Chris worked as Associate Director at Exiger, enhancing third-party risk management and compliance technology systems for multinationals, while also serving as Head of EMEA Case Management at Thomson Reuters. Chris’s career began with extensive roles in due diligence at World-Check and IntegraScreen. Academically, Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from The University of Manchester and a Master’s in Environmental Law and Policy from the University of Kent.
