Iikka Kuosa is an experienced senior management professional with a strong background in business development, IT, and service operations. Currently serving as SVP of Business Development, IT, and Service Center at S-Pankki since March 2010, Iikka has overseen key areas such as banking products, customer service, and IT, managing a substantial team of 350 personnel. Previous roles include Integration Director, where Iikka led post-merger integrations, and various senior positions at Citi, including Operations & Technology Country Head.
