Carolin Mau is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, Carolin serves as a User Experience Designer at S-Markt & Mehrwert GmbH & Co. KG since October 2019. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Senior UX Consultant at Ipsos, where business development and leading the HealthCare / Human factors team were key responsibilities. Carolin has also operated as a Senior UX Designer and Researcher at Mau UX Design, as well as serving in similar consulting roles at GfK and The Hiser Group, focusing on methodologies that enhance usability and user satisfaction. With a background that includes contributions at Serco, the University of Sydney, and IBM, Carolin's educational foundation consists of a Master's and Bachelor's in Cognitive Science from Universität Osnabrück.
