Melissa Lage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing. Since January 2018, Melissa has been self-employed as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. In addition, Melissa has served on the Business & Entrepreneurial Services Advisory Board for Minnesota State Community & Technical College since 2008. As the Chief Marketing Officer at both SJE-Rhombus and SJ Electro Systems since 1984, Melissa has contributed significantly to the marketing strategies of these companies. Previously, Melissa held the position of Past President at United Way from 2005 to 2008 and worked in advertising sales at Detroit Lakes Publishing Company from 1982 to 1984. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completing studies from 1979 to 1982.
