Emil Flam is an experienced professional in the equestrian field and business sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for Norges Rytterforbund since April 2023 and as Chairman of the Board for Agder Equestrian Federation since August 2022, Emil is dedicated to ensuring the survival of equestrian sports during challenging times. As a Sports Coach since December 2012, Emil holds Level 1 coaching accreditation from the Norwegian Equestrian Federation and has successfully coached athletes at advanced levels. Previously, Emil held multiple roles at Davidhorn, including Chief Product Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on product development and business growth in the law enforcement market. Leadership experience also includes serving as Chairman of the Board for Aust-Agder Rytterkrets and providing expert commentary for TV 2 and NRK during major equestrian events. Emil's academic background includes a Master's degree in Financial Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration from the University of Agder.
