Cathy Krantz has extensive experience in benefits administration, currently serving as the Benefits Administrator at Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. since April 2014. In this role, Cathy manages the design and administration of corporate benefit programs and oversees vendor relations, ensuring implementation and updates of administrative systems. Prior to this position, Cathy worked at Ryman Hospitality Properties from August 1991 to March 2014 as a Benefits Specialist, where relationships with benefits consultants and vendors were developed and managed. Cathy’s career in the benefits field began with providing administrative support to the Director of Benefits and Retirement. Education was pursued at World at Work from 2003 to 2007.
