Ann Butterworth possesses extensive experience in public finance and legal practice. Currently, Ann serves as an Usher at Ryman Hospitality Properties and as a Sales Associate at Soma. Prior to these roles, Ann spent over two decades with the State of Tennessee, Comptroller of the Treasury, culminating as Assistant to the Comptroller for Public Finance, where responsibilities included direction and supervision within the department and representation in various state financial boards. Ann's previous roles include Public Records Request Coordinator and Open Records Counsel, focusing on access to public records, as well as serving as Director of the Division of Bond Finance, where management of state bond programs was emphasized. Ann's legal experience includes positions as Assistant Attorney General and Associate at law firms, with a law degree from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree from Duke University.
