Lynn Charlton is an experienced operations manager with a background in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Northern Operations Manager at Ryman Healthcare since February 2011, Lynn has previously held the position of Regional Manager within the same organization. Prior to Ryman Healthcare, Lynn worked at ASB Bank as a Customer Service Officer from April 2006 to April 2008 and had an extensive tenure at Woolworth plc from April 1992 to March 2006, managing various store operations. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education from Bath College.
