James Miller is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in governance and finance, currently serving as Chairman and Director at Channel Infrastructure NZ since December 2018 and at Ryman Healthcare since June 2023. Miller holds several directorships, including positions at Mercury NZ, Vista, and Ikaros Partners, among others. Previously, Miller was Chairman of NZX and held multiple roles at ACC New Zealand, including Chair of the Investment Committee. Educational qualifications include advanced management programs from Harvard University and Harvard Business School, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, and a Diploma in Horticulture from Massey University.
