Kyle Pavlich started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at the Town of Whitby and later worked as a Referee at the Whitby Minor Hockey Association. Kyle also gained experience as a Co-op Student at the Durham Region Crown Attorneys’ Office. Kyle went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western University. Kyle further pursued a Certificate in Entrepreneurship at the Ivey Business School. As the Founder & CEO of ZedConsults, Kyle provided expert consultations to help companies better target Generation Z. Kyle then became the Owner/Operator of a home maintenance business before joining Rydel Franchise Group as an Owner/Operator of Rydel Roofing. Currently, Kyle serves as a Senior Business Coach at the Student Works Management Program.
