Jared Gutierrez is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Rycon Construction, Inc. since August 2015, Jared has a strong background in pre-construction services, having previously worked as an Estimator at rand* construction corporation from February 2014 to August 2015. Earlier roles include Senior Estimator/Purchasing Assistant and Estimating/Purchasing positions at Grayhawk Homes, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed estimating residential and multifamily projects, as well as managing purchasing activities. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University, completed in 2009.
