Deirdre Macklin, MMII, mMBA, serves as the Director of Brand Marketing & International Communications at Ryanair, overseeing PR and marketing strategies across European markets with a team of 45. Previously, Deirdre was the Head of Marketing and Red Hot Creative at Virgin Media Television, where leadership resulted in significant brand development successes, including winning a Kinsale Shark Award. Deirdre's career began at TV3 Television Ireland, progressing through various roles to become Marketing Director, driving comprehensive branding and communication strategies. Deirdre holds an LLB from Trinity College Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Business Studies from Dublin Business School, and is furthering education at Cranfield School of Management.
