Shalini Tyagi has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Shalini is currently working as a Software Engineer I at RxVantage since February 2022. Prior to this, Shalini worked at Highlighter from August 2019 to November 2021 as a Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for design and development activities, worked with a distributed system and microservices, and contributed to the front-end UI and SDK integration for a video streaming web app.

In 2019, Shalini had two other roles. Shalini briefly worked as a Software Engineer Consultant at Neo91 in July 2019. Before that, they were a Student Fellow at Pesto Tech from February to May 2019, where they built a real-time multiplayer game and completed a four-week open-source apprenticeship.

Prior to 2019, Shalini gained experience as an Associate Software Engineer at Successive Technologies from December 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they contributed to product development, automated project management tasks, and created a data synchronization service.

Shalini also worked as a Full-stack Developer at NodeXperts from December 2017 to January 2019 and as a Web Developer at IT Globaliser from April 2017 to September 2017. In these roles, Shalini worked on various development tasks, added features to CMS products, provided technical assistance, and estimated project timelines.

Shalini Tyagi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Brock University. Shalini completed their bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from ABESIT between the years 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Banasthali Public School from 2011 to 2013. Their high school education was completed at Christu Jyoti Convent High School from 1999 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including AMCAT Certified Proficiency in English, AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services, AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - Product, and AMCAT Certified in English Comprehension from Aspiring Minds. Shalini also holds an EFSET 54 Upper Intermediate (CEFR B2) certification from EF Education First.
