Robert Gonzales is a seasoned account manager with extensive experience in the medical and surgical sales industry. Currently serving as an Account Manager at RxSight, Inc. since July 2023, Robert previously held the position of Senior Account Executive at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where Robert was recognized as the 2021 Account Executive of the Year. Robert's tenure includes leading successful product launches and participating in leadership development programs. Prior to that, Robert engaged with surgeons and hospital administration as a Senior Clinical Sales Representative at Intuitive Surgical, enhancing the adoption of robotic surgical systems. Earlier roles at Alcon involved training and developing sales forces while achieving multiple President’s Club awards.
