Praveen Voturi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Salesforce development and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at the NSW Department of Customer Service since October 2021, Praveen has also held the position of Sr. Salesforce Developer/Architect at RXP Group since April 2019, where responsibilities included implementing a Customer Portal solution and integrating various services. Prior roles include Software Developer Manager at Ajman Free Zone Authority, Technical Lead at Aphidas in Dubai, and Senior Developer at Eurogate Technologies. Praveen's career began at Google India as a Senior Associate, specializing in API integration and operations issues. Praveen holds a Master of Computer Applications from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Science from St. Joseph's College.
