Siddharth Pokharna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and development management. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at RWS Group since March 2016, Siddharth oversees the health and performance of multiple engineering teams while managing both direct and indirect reports. Prior roles at RWS Group include Senior QA Manager and Software Quality Assurance Manager, where Siddharth focused on quality assurance for the Tridion Sites product line and led various process and testing improvements. Before joining RWS Group, Siddharth worked at Tech Mahindra as a Test Manager and Lead Tester, managing testing efforts across diverse projects. Siddharth began a career in consulting as an SAP PI Consultant with Accenture and Tech Mahindra. Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Manipal Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
