Lucas Climenhage is a Software Developer at RWDI Ventures since January 2023. Previously, Lucas worked as an Energy Manager at Canadian Energy Strategies inc. and Co-Founder at A9-Lighting inc. Lucas has experience as a Process Improvement Engineer at PepsiCo, focusing on increasing efficiency and leading process improvement initiatives. Lucas also worked as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Grand River Foods Ltd. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Algoma University and a Bachelor of Engineering with a certificate in Business from the University of Guelph.
