Litasha Waldon has a long history of working in Human Resources. Litasha began their career in 2001 as a Benefits Specialist at The National Academies. In 2003, they became the Human Resources Manager at the American Association of Museums. From 2005 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at PAE, a Human Capital Management Consultant at Graduate School USA, an HRIS Analyst at State Department Federal Credit Union, and a Senior HR Generalist/ SCA Compliance Specialist at VSE Corporation. Most recently, they have been working as a Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Generalist/Recruiting Manager at RWD Consulting, LLC since 2019.

Litasha Waldon attended Bladensburg High School and later the University of Maryland - University College. Litasha also obtained a Human Resources Generalist certification from SHRM.
