Jean-Jacques Ndayisenga has over nine years of experience in management and financial analysis. Since October 2014, Jean-Jacques has been serving as the Managing Director and previously as Operations Manager at Rwanda Trading Company, where responsibilities include coordinating operations, managing supplier relationships, utilizing an Export Management System for inventory and financial transactions, and conducting production analysis. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Financial Analyst at Blue Shield of California, supporting budget management and project finance systems, and various positions at Colby College, including Treasurer for the Student Government Association and Summer Conference Assistant. Jean-Jacques holds a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on the Coffee Sector from Università degli Studi di Udine and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College.
