Architect Ken Rehler (1942-2005) established the firm in 1971 and was joined by architects George P. Vaughn and John W. Koone to create RVK. Today, the firm is led by 10 principals backed by the deep expertise and professional talent of over 40 employees. Together we have built a family-oriented culture with a shared focus on honesty, integrity, service, and trusted collaboration.
