Glenn Franken has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Glenn began their career in 2015 at the Koninklijk Paleis Amsterdam, where they worked as a Host, responsible for welcoming and guiding visitors and ensuring a safe and satisfying experience. In 2018, they joined Tempo-Team as an Account Intercedent Rijksoverheid, where they were involved in the largest tender to date, working to create a positive experience for clients, employees, and candidates. Glenn also achieved recruitment deadlines and reduced absenteeism among temporary employees.
Since then, Glenn has held various HR roles, primarily as an interim professional. Glenn worked as a Junior HR advisor at B&A Groep from October 2020 to February 2021 and as an HR advisor a.i. at Baker McKenzie from April 2021 to November 2021. Glenn then took on the role of HR Project Manager at Quin from November 2021 to February 2022.
In 2022, Glenn joined Deloitte as a Program Manager Learning & Development a.i. and also served as an HR Business Partner a.i. In 2023, they worked as an HR Business Partner a.i. at Van Doorne and Vialis, both through Rvdb.

Glenn Franken has a diverse educational background. Glenn started their education in 2006 and completed their VWO diploma at Mollerlyceum Bergen op Zoom in 2012. Following that, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschap. Glenn continued their studies at the University of Gothenburg from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Social Sciences. Glenn then returned to Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Beleid, Communicatie en Organisatie, which they completed between 2016 and 2017.
Additionally, Glenn Franken has obtained a certification in SEU, labor law for temporary workers (ABU) from artra | dé opleider voor arbeidsmarktprofessionals in September 2019.
