Morgan McCombe is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate legal matters. Mr. McCombe’s mergers and acquisitions practice is centered on middle market transactions ranging between $5 million and $500 million, and he has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers.
Mr. McCombe regularly serves as outside general counsel for corporate clients, advising companies on entity structuring, transactional matters, contract negotiation, corporate governance, licensing and general business operations. His practice touches on a wide range of industries including private equity, automotive, food and beverage, health and fitness, technology, building materials and manufacturing, logistics, and entertainment.
Mr. McCombe takes a problem solving approach to address the legal needs of clients, and can strategically negotiate complex transactions while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach with the other side.
Prior to law school, Mr. McCombe served in the United States Marine Corps with the 1st Battalion, 11th Marines, and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He serves as a Board Member of Veterans Legal Institute, a nonprofit organization committed to providing legal services to homeless, at risk, disabled and low income current and former service members.
