Elton Fernandez is a seasoned professional in the real estate and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Presales Manager at L&T Realty since June 2018, overseeing the in-house pre-sales team. Prior experience includes managing the Presales Team at Bombay Realty and leading marketing strategies for a warehousing project at Kawasan Kirana Uttama. Elton has also held positions with Larsen and Toubro Realty, where responsibilities included setting up a presales team, and with Lodha Group, focusing on high-end project management and lead generation. Elton's earlier career featured roles in lead management and digital solutions, supported by a PGDM in Marketing from Wellingkar's Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
