Ashley Dexter's work experience includes a role as Assistant Controller at Russell since June 2016. Ashley previously worked as an Accountant at Prime Construction Services from May 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Assistant at St. Ambrose University from January 2013 to December 2014. Ashley also served as the Head Girl's Soccer Coach at Central Clinton Community School from March 2012 to June 2014.

Ashley Dexter earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Ambrose University between 2009 and 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, completing it in 2014.
