Alexus Johnson is a seasoned professional with significant experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Russell Tobin since July 2021, Alexus is responsible for posting, sourcing, interviewing, and dispositioning candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS), while also fostering successful relationships with hiring managers and agencies. Previously, at Elite Community Tax from January 2019 to April 2021, Alexus worked as a Recruiter and Office Manager, where responsibilities included creating weekly schedules, managing client confidentiality, and maintaining professionalism while building relationships with over 500 clients. Other roles include positions at The Health Collaborative as an intern, and at The Lost Cajun as a manager, as well as experience at La Cantera Resort & Spa as a barista and at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio as a team leader. Alexus holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed in 2018.
