Xochitl Armenta has served as a Project Coordinator at Russell Reynolds Associates since March 2022, contributing to a global leadership advisory firm with a diverse team of over 470 consultants. Prior to this role, Xochitl held the position of Operations Manager at George Mark Children's House from August 2010 to March 2022, where the organization was recognized as the first free-standing pediatric palliative care facility in the United States. Xochitl also volunteered as a Special Event Volunteer at George Mark Children's House, engaging with patients and their families through various activities. Additionally, Xochitl worked as an Assistant Site Director at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America from September 2015 to June 2019, co-leading programs that focused on youth development and academic support. Xochitl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
