Vinita Katara Bijlani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since July 2014, Vinita has held various titles within the company, including Executive Director and Consultant. Prior to this role, Vinita spent over three years at Spencer Stuart as a Senior Associate, having joined the firm as an Associate. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb as Brand Manager for Taxol and Cancer Care Advisor. Vinita holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from S.P. Jain Center of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai.
