Tommi Lankila, PhD, currently serves as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory and search firm, since 2018. Prior to this role, Tommi worked as a Research Assistant at Princeton University from 2013 to 2018, contributing to Princeton Special Collections, and also held the position of Early Stage Researcher under the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions between 2013 and 2016 at the University of Rome 'Tor Vergata.' Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in History from both Princeton University and the University of Rome Tor Vergata, along with a Master’s degree in History from Princeton University and a Master of Arts in Classics and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Helsinki. Additional academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Helsinki.
