Taylor Somerville serves as an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global firm in assessment and recruitment for senior leadership roles. Prior to this, Taylor held the position of Managing Director at Savage Partners, LLC, a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology companies, until its acquisition by Russell Reynolds Associates in November 2023. Earlier experience includes advisory and consulting roles with the Connecticut General Assembly and other firms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Hartford.
