Shai Flint-Goor is an experienced professional in the fields of research and human resources, currently serving as a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates since February 2021. Previous roles include Talent Management Intern at Montefiore Health System, Research Assistant at the Behavioral Research Lab at Columbia Business School, and various positions at Tel Aviv University, including Editorial Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology. Shai also held the position of Research Analyst at Tvuna Marketing and served as a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces for nearly nine years. Shai holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Anthropology, and Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
