Pam Attinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fintech and payments sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Deep Lake Capital since December 2020 and as a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since December 2010, Pam leads the firm’s Global Fintech and Payments Practice and oversees the Global eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Media Practice. Previously, at Visa from 2001 to December 2010, Pam held several leadership roles, including Head of Specialized Product Sales, where responsibility extended to a division generating over $1B in annual revenue, and Global Head of Mobile, managing mobile payment strategies across global markets. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Marakon Associates and a managerial position at Hewitt Associates. Pam holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from Miami University.
