Marcus Gyllström has extensive work experience in various roles. Marcus is currently a Research Director - Managing Lead Nordics at Russell Reynolds Associates, a position they have held since July 2021. Marcus also worked as an Executive Search and Assessment Professional at the same company since November 2014.

From 1991 to 1994, they attended Njudungs Gymnasieskola in Vetlanda, focusing on Natural Science. Following this, they enrolled at Berga örlogsskolor from 1995 to 1996, specializing in Naval seaman studies.
