Luke Higgins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and organizational behavior. Currently serving as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since August 2018, responsibilities include succession planning for boards, CEOs, and executive committees, as well as leadership assessment and development. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant in Organizational Behavior at London Business School and an internship at CapitalG. Luke holds a Bachelor's Degree from Williams College and a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from King's College London, complemented by participation in the International Honors Program.
