Irina Dascalu is an experienced Executive Search and Assessment Professional currently working at Russell Reynolds Associates since September 2017, where roles have included Research Consultant, Associate, and Analyst in the global industrial practice focusing on infrastructure, transport, industrial services, and private equity. Prior to this, Irina held an Associate position at Candela Search, specializing in technology and digital leadership, and worked as a Project Consultant at Acas. Irina Dascalu holds a Master’s Degree in Business and HR from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Politics from The University of Sheffield.
