Hasti Esfandiyari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and consumer industries. Currently serving as a Consultant in the Consumer Industry at Russell Reynolds Associates since September 2022, prior roles include Global Director of Executive Search Consumer at KennedyFitch and various positions at Spencer Stuart, where responsibilities encompassed leadership roles for the Global Consumer Practice and EMEA CMO & CCO. Hasti has also worked as an International Project Manager at Krauthammer and has experience in education as a Substitute Teacher. Hasti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and has a high school diploma with a major in Journalism and Media from Ingrid Segerstedts gymnasium.
