Gautham Parthasarathy is a seasoned Board and CXO Advisor with extensive experience in leadership consulting, executive recruiting, and talent assessment across various sectors, including agriculture, food, biotech, and chemicals. Currently at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2019, Gautham partners with public, private equity, and venture capital businesses to identify growth opportunities. Previous roles include strategic positions at Cooper Standard, Michelman, Emerald Performance Materials, and Aditya Birla Group, where Gautham was instrumental in driving significant growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Gautham holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
