Dale Chang is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner at Russ, August & Kabat since April 2023, Dale has previously held the role of Counsel at Latham & Watkins from November 2007 to March 2023, and worked as an Intellectual Property Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from October 2006 to October 2007. Dale's earlier career includes positions as a Product Support Engineer at NCS Pearson from August 2001 to July 2003 and as an RF Engineering Intern at Lucent Technologies in May 1999 to August 1999. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2001.
